4. Ordering & Payment

  • Payment must be completed before printing begins

We reserve the right to cancel any order if:

5. Production Times

All items are printed individually once an order is placed. Typical production time is 2–5 working days, but may be longer during busy periods.

6. Delivery

We ship orders to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on location and courier.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by couriers
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect details, you may need to pay for re‑delivery.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because items are printed to order:

  • We do not automatically accept returns for incorrect size, colour or style
  • However, we may offer a refund or exchange at our discretion if the item is unused and in original condition

You must contact us before returning any item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 14 days
  • Provide your order number and photos
  • We will replace or refund the item

Return postage is covered for faulty or incorrect items.

Discretionary Returns

For items incorrectly purchased:

  • Approval is case‑by‑case
  • Items must be unused and unwashed
  • Return postage may be the customer’s responsibility
