This Refunds & Returns Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made from Undeadtees. By placing an order, the customer (“you”) agrees to the terms set out below.
1. Custom‑Made Products
All Undeadtees products are printed to order. As each item is custom‑produced, Undeadtees does not accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Incorrect colour selection
- Change of mind
- Personalised or custom artwork submitted by the customer
Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details are correct at the time of purchase.
2. Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items
Undeadtees will provide a remedy where an item is defective, incorrectly printed, or damaged upon arrival. Remedies may include:
- Replacement of the item
- Full or partial refund
- Alternative resolution as deemed appropriate by Undeadtees
To qualify, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item and provide clear photographic evidence of the issue.
3. Serious Errors or Quality Concerns
In circumstances where a significant production error has occurred, Undeadtees may, at its discretion:
- Issue a partial refund
- Issue a full refund
- Provide a discounted reprint
- Provide a replacement item
These decisions are made on a case‑by‑case basis.
4. Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before printing has commenced. Once production has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.
5. Return Authorisation
Returns will only be accepted where Undeadtees has issued written approval. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be processed.
If a return is approved:
- Undeadtees will advise whether return shipping costs are covered
- Return instructions will be provided
- Items must be returned in unused condition

Undeadtees reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will apply to all orders placed after the effective date.
